The Freestyle Workshop provides a wonderful opportunity for swimmers to improve technique and efficiency.

The workshop, run by Masters Swimming NSW Coaching Team will focus on effective drills to improve Freestyle technique and stroke efficiency. There will also be a short section on Form strokes.

Bring your swim equipment- e.g. fins, pull buoy

Cost: $20.
