Batemans Bay Workshop

All Strokes Workshop

This Stroke Workshop provides a wonderful opportunity for swimmers to improve technique in all strokes. The workshop, run by Masters Swimming NSW Coaching Team, will be conducted in small groups, with swimmers having the opportunity to rotate through Freestyle and 2 other strokes during the afternoon.

Coaches can earn 2 PD points for Reaccreditation. Coaches can choose to observe or participate in water.

Please bring swim equipment – fins, pull buoy, snorkel and tempo trainers (if you have one).
