If you are an authorised club official, using an online form you can now:
- Update your club contact details.
These details will be displayed on the “find a club” pages of this website for the information of members or prospective members and may be circulated to other member clubs.
- Update details of your club committee & other office holders.
Notification of club committee and office holders must be submitted to MSNSW as soon as practicable after the club’s Annual General Meeting.
These details are required for contact between those officers and the MSNSW Board, club development project team, Coaching Director, Branch Recorders, etc. Please provide a daytime phone number.
- Submit the annual Affiliation of your club with MSNSW
Clubs must register for affiliation with Masters Swimming NSW each calendar year.
This form is due to be submitted prior to the beginning of each calendar year.
Please complete the form, submit, and then make separate payment of the affiliation fee (we do not have an online payment facility).
