Improving Efficiency in Freestyle Workshop

11 am – 2 pm

Cost $20 (excluding pool entry)

The three-hour workshop will include Freestyle Drill Progression, Stroke Filming and Analysis.

The workshop is presented by Anne Smyth (MSNSW Branch Coaching Director, MSA Coach of the Year 2014 and Greg Gourley, MSA Coach of The Year 2019/2020)

Workshop will include:

• Excellent Freestyle drills to improve your stroke.
• Filming of Freestyle stroke.
• Short analysis of your stroke.

Coaches can earn 2 PD points for Reaccreditation. Coaches can choose to observe or participate in water. (Please inform me if you are on deck only as this affects numbers)

Please bring swim equipment, something to wear out of pool when viewing filming, a clipboard to write on.
